Founder story
We’re building Routinely for people who care deeply about their work, but don’t want achievement to cost them their life.

Intro
Routinely started because I felt a tension I could not ignore. Modern life gives us more tools, more pressure, and more freedom, but very few systems that actually help us live well. When life gets full, the first things to slip are often the things we need most: sleep, meals, rest, relationships, and space to think clearly.
I started building Routinely because planning should do more than organize tasks. It should reduce friction, protect recovery, and help us build lives with rhythm instead of grind. What began as a personal experience grew into a larger belief: balance is teachable, and technology should support people, not compete with them.
Planning should reduce friction, protect recovery, and help life feel inhabitable.
