Permanently delete your account

Delete your profile and planning data, and handle any Apple subscription separately.

Direct answer

Open Settings → Delete account, enter your password, type DELETE, and confirm. Cancel any active App Store subscription separately.

Step by step

Open Settings → Delete account and read the list of information that will be removed.
If you have an App Store subscription, cancel it separately in Apple’s subscription settings; deleting your account does not cancel it.
Enter your password and type DELETE in capital letters.
Tap Permanently delete account. This action cannot be undone. If it fails, your account remains active; retry or contact support.
