Reset your password or sign back in
Recover access when you forgot your password.
Direct answer
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and request a reset link for your account email.
Step by step
- Open Sign in and tap Forgot password?.
- Enter the email address used for Routinely, then tap Send reset link.
- Open the email and follow its reset link. Check spam or junk if it does not arrive.
- Return to Routinely and sign in with the new password. If the link expired, request another one.
