Why does access change when I’m offline?
How Routinely uses the last verified access state.
Direct answer
Offline access follows the last verified expiration. If verification is unavailable past that point, creating and editing can pause.
What to do
- Reconnect to the internet and reopen Routinely so membership can be verified again.
- Open Settings → Subscription to check access or restore a purchase.
- Your saved information remains visible in read-only mode; contact support if access does not return after verification.
